Shipping / Pickup Information

For orders shipped within the US: We ship your dahlia tubers when it is the correct planting time for your area. A shipping notification by USPS will be sent to you when your order ships.
For orders picked up at the Dahlia Barn: Order can be picked up at the Dahlia Barn in North Bend during dahlia tuber sales. Sales begin in mid April and continue through mid-May. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

Terms of Sale

**Our guarantee: We sell single dahlia tubers that are true to name, guaranteed to grow and are free from viruses and diseases. *Our farm is inspected by the Washington State Department of Agriculture annually and is an approved non-host shipping nursery.
Payment Options: Payment for home delivery must be paid in full when we receive your order. We accept check, money order, Mastercard, Visa and Discover. An Order Acknowledgement will be sent to you upon receipt of your order.
If a dahlia tuber fails to grow, please report it to The Dahlia Barn by October 31st of the same growing season. No cash refunds and at no time are we liable for more than the cost of the tuber(s). Tubers will be replaced 1 time only. Our planting and care instructions must be followed carefully for your tubers to be covered under our guarantee. We are not responsible for customer negligence, adverse weather conditions, rodent damage, slug damage or winter storage.
Orders requested to be shipped before their regular shipping date are not guaranteed. For best results, please plant your dahlias directly into your garden.
Dahlias grown in containers by the buyer are not guaranteed.
