For orders shipped within the United States: We ship your dahlias/perennials in the spring when it’s approaching the correct planting time. We ship during the months of March-April-May. Shipping Notifications with tracking information will be sent by us when your order ships from our farm.
For orders picked up at The Dahlia Barn: We have the barn in North Bend open every weekend April through early May for order pick up. Please plan pick up during this time. We will send you a reminder email in late March.

Payment Options: We accept Visa/MC/AMEX/Discover. Please use our Printable Order Form and send your order in, if you’d like to pay by check.
Minimum Order is $20 before shipping.
Sales Tax: Only Washington State residents are charged sales tax.
Adding to your order: We cannot add to orders, please place a new order and let us know in the comments section that you have a previous order.

Dahlia Tubers started early in pots/trays are not guaranteed. We will only guarantee our dahlias when they are planted outside in the garden, when it is the correct planting time for your area. Planting instructions from The Dahlia Barn must be followed for your dahlias to be guaranteed. Planting instructions are included with your order. Please see our ‘Dahlia Care’ page for more detailed instructions
No Cash Refunds: We will replace the tuber the following season, if it fails to grow and the planting instructions have been followed. We may require pictures of your planting conditions or for you to send back the tubers.

** Our Guarantee: We guarantee to provide you with single division tubers that have at least one live eye, are true to name, are free from viruses and disease. We will only guarantee when the dahlias are planted outside in the soil, when it’s the correct planting time in your area. We are not responsible for errors in growing dahlias or perennials, planting too early or starting early in pots, not planting, or watering too little or too much. If a tuber does fail to grow AND was given the proper conditions, please contact us by August 1st of the same growing year. We want you to be successful with growing dahlias, detailed planting instructions will be sent with your order. Please follow these directions carefully for a successful garden.
